Home Of The Filipino Sizzling Seafood and Unlimited Wagyu Steak

"Good food equals to good mood."
When I visit this place in Festival Mall in Alabang, while in the car I am still having thoughts about this because of its name.
Jose's name here in the Philippines named after the National Hero, Jose Rizal so I thought that the team is somewhat like that.
So when I arrived at the place, I saw the cozy and comfy vibes it has.
Do you know where to find the best Filipino Sizzling Seafood and offers Unlimited Wagyu Steak?
That's their tagline posted on their wales and facade!
This newly opened Filipino restaurant is located at @festivalmall called #JoseRestaurant :)
So we tried their Filipino dishes and of course we won't forget to try their very own sizzling seafood and wagyu steak.
Here are some of the food we tried and my thoughts about it:
* Nachos
This is a dish of tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and often also with other savory toppings.
I definitely love the crispy nacho chips it has and how tasty the toppings too.
* Grilled (Pork BBQ, Chicken BBQ & Liempo)
Usually, this is a meal or gathering at which meat, fish, or other food is cooked out of doors on a rack over an open fire or on a portable grill.
Filipinos definitely love grilled food so it's a yes for me especially for those who haven't tried it yet.
* Unlimited Bulalo (P995 - Good for 4 persons)
This is a beef dish originated from the Philippines that is something to look forward on the table, especially for Filipino.
It is a colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat have melted into the clear broth.
They totally nailed the taste and also the meat is tender.
* Jose Sizzling Kare Kare (P420)
This is their signature dish in this restaurant.
Kare Kare is a Philippine stew complimented with a thick savory peanut sauce.
It is made from a base of stewed oxtail (sometimes this is the only meat used), pork hocks, calves feet, pig feet, beef stew meat, and occasionally offal or tripe.
The peanut sauce tastes good and feels like the peanut is from the scratch so it means it is better than using the instant peanut butter.
* Jose's Lechon Kawali sa Kangkong at Alamang (P465)
This is also known as lechon carajay that is a crispy pork belly deep-fried in a pan or wok(kawali).
It is seasoned and cooked then served chopped into pieces.
It is usually accompanied by a lechon sauce.
The cooking of the meat is just well done and the taste is just right.
* Jose's Unlimited Wagyu Steak (P1,145)
A lot of Japanese restaurants offer wagyu steak and barbecue dishes and I am surprised that this Filipino themed restaurant offers this.
Well, the taste and tenderness of the steak just say it all.
It is a must try in this restaurant especially with the mashed potato sides.
* Chocolate Shaved Ice (P210)
This flavor suits any age, especially for kids.
I can say that the texture and sweetness are just fine.
Well price wise, they offer affordable dishes for me.
Can you imagine our total bill is just ₱3,700 good for 10-12 persons already?
