Post-Workout Snacks under 50 calories

"The first wealth is health."
For a healthier lifestyle, one must eat healthily and also cheat once in a while and that’s my motto in life. 
It is very important what we are ingesting to our body because that will show our health and daily lifestyle.
So for today, I would like to share with you some post-workout snacks I truly love which is under 50 calories.
(1) Grapes
This is very low in calories which is 18 calories.
You can have as much as 20 pieces without feeling the guilt.
It is packed with nutrients especially vitamin K and C and high in anti-oxidant which makes a perfect post-workout meal.
(2) Raw Almonds
I always love nuts especially almonds.
One piece of this amount to 2 calories only so that means you can have as much as you want.
Just like grapes, it has a massive amount of nutrients, high in anti-oxidant and vitamin E.
It also controls your blood sugar.
It is a snack that I can carry anywhere I go, especially on my gym workout or boxing session that can serve as my post-workout snack.
It is chewy and fudgy and doesn’t take up too many calories that make it a perfect snack.
