Have you heard about "Taj Mahal" wherein it's a living example of eternal love that the emperor of India created a magnificent monument for the love of his life?
We also have here in the Philippines and they called it "Temple of Leah.".
It is located on top of the hill in Barangay Busay in Cebu City.
Temple of Leah is seven stories high and covers a land area of more than 5,000 square meters.
The gate opens to a driveway that leads to the main courtyard, with granite floors and a marble fountain at the center.
It is a temple built in the year 2012 A.D. as a symbol of Teodorico S. Adarna's undying love for and ceaseless devotion to Leah Villa Albino-Adarna, his wife.
He adopted an architectural and structural design that can withstand time and still be appreciated for a millennium.
The structure is inspired by Roman architecture with Doric columns of granite.
There are also two golden lions that stand guard on both sides of the main stairs that lead to the shrine.
This temple becomes a landmark of Cebu wherein future generations of the Adarna clan coming from her can come and race their roots and heritage.
This is one of the most visited attractions in Cebu that you can visit with a fee of P50 for the entrance.
The Adarna clan opens this temple for public last 2015 and been open since then.
All their lifetime collections are showcased in the 24 chambers of this Temple principally for the members of their family who wants to cherish their memory.
And he quoted, "May this temple serves as a symbol of great love of a husband to his very loving wife."
This is has definitely led to forever wherein even younger and booming generations can still appreciate.
