7 Things I Regret Not Doing

"I don't regret the things I've done, I regret the things I didn't do when I had the chance."
Life happens for a reason and there's a point in our lives that we regret that we didn't have the chance to make it right or do it.
We become busy in our daily life that we often miss the most special moments.
In the back of our minds, we know that we are neglecting some stuff that we should do.
So for today, I would like to share with you my personal side of the note and here's the biggest regrets I had in my life:

* Travel As Much As You Can *
During my 20s when I was still studying, I think that the farthest I've been is my school and I didn't take the advantage of travelling to other places.
Since there's a limited budget during those times, I tend to stay at home over the weekend.
So for now, if you can swing it; definitely get as much traveling under your belt as possible and even it's just road tripping on the next city.

* Practice/Learn A New Skill *
I believe in the quote that "Never let the bran idle because an idle mind is the devil's workshop. and the devil's name is Alzheimer's."
During my 20s, I tried to travel and learn new languages and I think this is easier when you're young.
And I regret not getting myself into musical instruments.

* Build Healthy Habits and Routines *
There comes a time in my 20s when I turned down my health and didn't care about my weight.
I've been so fat and unhealthy that only lately I understand the importance of it.
I think people should start engaging in a healthy lifestyle.
As of now, I am already 1 1/2 months Keto diet and been working out 2-3 x a week and I am happy that I am able to keep up my figure even I am already a mom.

* Taking Good Care of Your Skin *
I would be honest that I inherit my mother's good skin and I don't much problem when it comes to acne.
But I think it's not all about that and it's about taking good care of our skin as we age and preventing from sun damage as our skin is exposed under the sun.

* Develop Healthy Sleeping Pattern *
When I gave birth, I swear that it pretty much give me headaches and insomnia.
I didn't have a normal sleeping pattern and I tend to be irritated about it sometimes.
That's why I believe every woman, especially mothers should have enough sleep for them to have a good rest.

* Saving Money *
I think the sooner you can get your finances under control, the better.
This means saving as much as you can, while still having fun.
Getting into adulthood like paying bills on time and putting away excess money in the bank or savings.

* Learn from Failed Relationship *
One can only hope for a happy and healthy relationship and yet this isn't always the way life works out.
If you find yourself in a toxic relationship, better quit it now, but try to learn from it.
With each relationship, you learn what you want and what you don't want in your future partner.

How do you find my list?
Do you regret not doing something in your life?
Let me know.
Thanks for reading.
Have a great day!
