Korean Street Food in Manila

Hello everyone!
How's your week going on?
The last time I visited Makati is long time ago that's why last week when I had an opportunity to visit it because of my training, I pay a visit to the viral place in Makati that serves korean food specifically fish cake which is what I wanted to try.
I am not a Korean drama fan but I enjoyed so much the series of Weighlifting Fairy Kim Bok Jo which I watched online at kissasian.ch.
It is a South Korean television series starring Lee Sung-Kyung in the title role.
This is a coming-of-age story about a group of college athletes who are fighting for their dreams, experiencing and finding love in the process, and growing every step of the way.
I am lovin' the rom-com drama and how entertaining the lead characters are like Lee Sung-Kyung known as Kim Bok-Joo that is a naturally gifted weightlifter with an ambitious yet quiet outgoing personality.
There is a part of the show wherein when she is stress, eating is a way to relieve it.
She eat a lot of food such as sausage, bibimbab, samgyeopsal, kimchi and a lot more but there's one food that I certainly want to try that I've seen in the show and it is the fish cake.
A fish cake is a food item similar to a croquette, consisting of filleted fish or other seafood with potato patty, sometimes coated in breadcrumbs or batter, and fried.
I am eagerly to try it not until when I heard that there's a small restaurant in Makati that offers it.
So when I visited Makati, I didn't hesitate to come to this place even we walk for miles for it.(disclaimer: using uber/grab within Makati is not a good idea, haha!)
The place looks casual and the vendors are accommodating too.
You can sit down anywhere yourself because it is too early that time when we visit so there's a lot of vacant seat.
By the way, there's a lot of restaurant from Filipino, American, Korean, Japanese food and lots of choices you can choose from.
Since we are there for Korean food, we ordered fish cake, sushi and tteokbokki at Hott Asia.
The foods are affordable because we just payed P400 for everything such as 2 sets of fish cake(P100 for two sticks), sushi(P150 for 8 cuts) and tteokbokki(P50 for a cup).
When it comes to taste, I would say that fish cake taste good for me even though it's my first time trying it out.
The tteokbokki is a bit spicy for me but it's nice that it has fish cake inside of it too.
The sushi is a bit sad because the rice they used is the sticky rice not the authentic one.
Anyway, this is also a chance for people who badly want to travel to Korea to experience their food.
Overall, we did had a great time because there's a band playing on the background too.
How do you find this place?
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks for reading.
XOXO
