Cipriani is a stylish and elegant restaurant with décor that has been specifically selected to create the finest Italian dining experience, accompanies by exquisite views of the azure Yas Marina and a terrace that overlooks the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Circuit. It is located at Yas Island nearby Yas Marina Circuit.
Last month, I am happy to be invited in this simple Italian restaurant done to perfection.
It is the main concept of the food at Cipriani.
While waiting for our food, we are given an aperitif: a drink that is typically alcoholic, that are normally served before or after a meal.
While waiting for our appetizer and starter, I am busy in making sure to update my followers in INSTAGRAM and SNAPCHAT (username: bandwagonchic) on what's happening.
The weather is perfect during this month in United Arab Emirates so we opt to dine over the terrace that is overlooking Yas Marina. Who wouldn't fell in love in this kind of view?
Yayyyy! Our food is served fast by an Italian server.
"Carpaccio ala Cipriani"
It's a typical italian dish made with raw meat.
What i love about it is that the meat taste good even it is served raw.
It is very soft and easy to chew.
This is a beef meat, so if your a meat lover you will definitely love this.
"Italian Mozzarella with Salad"
So creamy and tasty that leaves me wanting more.
All i can say is that it is an Italian cheese perfection!
After that sumptuous meal, it's nice to pause for a while and enjoy the view.
Afterwards, our main course arrived just in time :)
"Black Angus Beef Filet with Truffle"
This is one of the best food that is served to us.
I prefer to cook it well done and it taste good.
It easy to chew and the truffle on top of it which means different kinds of mushrooms are amazing!

"Baked White Tagliolini with Smoked Turkey"
I'm a fan of white sauce pasta so I try this one and it's amazing!
I love this creamy tagliolini, it's the dish that's been eaten so fast because why not?
It's delicious!
I wouldn't miss a chance to try their gelato ice cream so I ordered one.
It is so creamy and not so sweet so it's a perfect dessert for me.
All I can say that in scale of 1-5, I would rate it 5.0 as per my experience.
It is one of the best Italian Restaurant I've tried so far.
